Whilst practical (to an extent), patios are usually quite basic in overall aesthetic and materials. They can become stuffy and hot, as their structures are usually covered in corrugated steel.

How are Retreau pergolas constructed?
The cantilevered structures integrate minimal fixing points, anchored into the ground by a large concrete footing. This offers support for the structure, including its overhanging, open-framed feature. The structure uses a steel frame to attach the timber slats, providing ample shade through an impressive, unrestricted facade.
